Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure data integrity.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, providing resolutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Analyze and present data using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and tools for improved service.
• Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at boosting customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and apply insights to improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting and capital management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
• Experience with auditing or AB testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of Maps API and networking is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
