We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy in financial processes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end payroll reconciliation process.
• Oversee 401(k) and retirement plan reconciliation compliance.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Implement and optimize process workflows to enhance payroll efficiency.
• Utilize BlackLine to streamline account reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all payroll activities.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and financial audits.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
• Proven experience in payroll management with a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes.
• Proficiency in 401(k) and retirement plan reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with BlackLine for account reconciliation.
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and financial adjustments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams.
