Responsible Engineer
On-site Camden, AR
Contract Duration: June 23, 2025 – May 23, 2026
Schedule: 4/10s (four 10-hour days per week), 40 hours/week
U.S. Citizenship required. Secret Clearance (active or willingness to obtain)
We are seeking six experienced Project Engineers to support critical aerospace and defense production programs. These roles will support real-time issue resolution, process optimization, and cross-functional engineering efforts across a range of advanced systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead resolution of production non-conformances (UAI, rework, scrap)
Optimize manufacturing processes and support yield improvements
Serve as Engineering Authority on root cause and corrective action
Provide technical inputs across design, quality, and manufacturing functions
Support major defense programs
Required:
U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred
Strong knowledge of design and manufacturing in aerospace or defense
Experience with RCCA, MRB processes, and production engineering
Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, and key characteristic classification
Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles and risk management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Six Sigma certification preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, OR
Master’s degree with 4+ years, OR
10+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree
