Desktop Support Specialist – Windows Deployment (Bilingual English/Spanish)
About the Role:
We are hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to assist with a Windows 10/11 deployment project. This role requires hands-on support for desktop and laptop refreshes, data migrations, and end-user assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows migrations and must be fluent in both English and Spanish to support a diverse user base.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support for Windows 10/11 deployments and migrations
Perform desktop and laptop refresh activities, including data migration and system configuration
Assist users with troubleshooting issues before, during, and after deployment
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking end users
Maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities and user issues
Ensure minimal downtime and a smooth user experience throughout the refresh project
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting Windows operating system migrations (Windows 10/11)
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Strong background in desktop/laptop deployment, imaging, and data migration
Experience providing end-user support in an enterprise environment
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Familiarity with hardware setup, software installation, and configuration tasks
Preferred Skills:
Experience working on large-scale deployment or refresh projects
Knowledge of deployment tools and best practices
Contract Details:
3-month+ contract with potential for extension
Competitive hourly rate
