All Energy Management (AEM) is looking for skilled, experienced and adaptable wind turbine technicians to join our growing team!

About the role:

· Travel is ~75% of the time

· Work includes electrical troubleshooting, rigging and crane support, and working at heights

· Every day brings something new — from turbine servicing to full repowers

Ideal candidate:

· Experienced in electrical systems

· Comfortable working at heights and with crane/lift operations

· Skilled in troubleshooting and ability to be adaptable in the field

· Passionate about renewable energy and ready to get hands-on

· Climbing/rescue/first aid certifications preferred, but training provided when needed.

· Preferably located in the Midwest, near our headquarters in Wisconsin.
