We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5+ years of office management or sales administration experience and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle supply ordering and inventory.
Support sales administration, including pricing updates and report generation.
Create and maintain Excel reports using advanced features (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Post and manage content on the company’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Assist with HR-related tasks (onboarding paperwork, record keeping, etc.) as needed.
Develop fillable forms and e-signature documents using Adobe Acrobat (training available if needed).
Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in office management or sales administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with LinkedIn or other social media platforms for business use.
Adobe Acrobat form creation experience a plus (or willingness to learn).
HR or recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
