Administrative Client Relations Associate
This is a nationally known and respected consulting firm looking to hire a new Client Associate who will provide administrative support to Client Custodians. Responsibilities will involve creating organized and well-written correspondence to clients, firm members, custodians, process and track account contributions and distributions, maintain client records in an accurate fashion, build trusted relationships with clients and teammates and other administrative tasks as assigned. They are looking for someone who is self-motivated and excited to go above and beyond to assist with internal and external needs, high level of accuracy, passion for details, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Solid skills with both Word and Excel. Any experience working in banking or finance as an administrative aide is a plus. College education preferred.
