JPI is seeking an experienced process improvement analyst and MS Power Platform developer, to implement Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, including Lean-Six Sigma and assist the Federal client’s external customers as they define, plan, and implement business processes. Once processes are defined, documented, and validated, the you will design and implement automations using the MS Power Platform. These automations will reduce the burden of manual processes on personnel and reduce errors associated with manual data entry or task completion. You will also leverage your Power Platform expertise to develop Power BI Services for the Federal client’s external customers. Power BI services will integrate project data related to cost, schedule, and performance and provide client leadership with up-to-date, standardized project reporting.

Responsibilities:

Develop workflows using the SharePoint / Power Apps product suite.

Develop Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.

Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.

Lead and/or facilitate meetings and working groups geared toward the development of SharePoint solutions that address the needs of stakeholders across the client space, including military and civilian workforces.

Conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data to provide informed guidance/recommendations for process improvement, related to organizational strategy and project/program management.

Analyze existing organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies and action plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for process analysis.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and best practices.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of improvement initiatives.

Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior personnel, while having the ability to provide coaching to senior leadership and/or client personnel.

Provide support to senior clients in the management of project timelines and risk identification for multiple initiatives as they relate to strategic planning, change management, business transformation, and communications.

Requirements:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. Master's degree plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Experience supporting federal clients.

Active security clearance/ability to obtain.

Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other Continuous Process Improvement Methodologies, certification preferred

Minimum of 5 years of progressive, hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing business workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Demonstrated ability to independently design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Experience using Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and dashboard development.

Proven success in leading and delivering client-facing solutions from concept to completion in process improvement

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to tailor communication and messaging to diverse stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience supervising/leading teams of 5-10 people in executing specialized work.

JPI is hiring for several positions and will consider your application across our current and future openings. Expected compensation for this role is between $75,000-115,000 including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
