We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior PM Analyst V to join our team!

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PM Analyst V with demonstrated expertise in mission-critical operations and extensive experience supporting Department of the Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives. This senior-level role requires a strategic thinker adept in stakeholder engagement, proficient in Navy PPBE processes, and capable of delivering high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert analysis, planning, and program management support for mission areas such as Information Operations (IO), Operational Information Environment (OIE) including Military Deception (MILDEC), Operations Security (OPSEC), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), or related Naval Information Warfare disciplines (e.g., intelligence, cryptology, cyber defense, C3, networks).

Support strategic communications initiatives and develop comprehensive plans and briefings for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Navy and DoD objectives.

Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, ensuring seamless coordination and high-level communication.

Prepare and deliver detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for executive-level engagements.

Utilize a strong understanding of Navy and DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) tools and processes to contribute to resource planning and program execution.

Leverage working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to inform program strategy and identify innovation opportunities.

Apply expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro to produce high-quality documentation, briefings, and program artifacts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred fields: psychology, sociology, behavioral science, cognitive science, or communications.

Minimum of two (2) years of full-time, direct experience in IO/OIE (MILDEC, OPSEC, MISO), strategic communications, or related Naval Information Warfare areas.

Demonstrated knowledge of the Department of the Navy, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, and familiarity with relevant policies and procedures.

Strong background in stakeholder management and engagement, with proven ability to deliver clear and compelling written, oral, and visual communications at the executive level.

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in naval and defense environments.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Must possess a current TOP SECRET SCI clearance, with access to SI, TK, HCS, G, and necessary read-ins to support SCIF operations.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Advanced knowledge of Navy PPBE processes and resource management.

Prior experience briefing senior leadership and engaging in high-level operational discussions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on mission outcomes.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Security Clearance: TOP SECRET SCI with access to SI, TK, HCS, G, and all necessary read-ins for SCIF work.
