JPI is hiring for a Senior Analyst with at least 3 (three) years of experience working with projects, deadlines, and project teams in a fast-paced client environment with competing priorities and demands. This position requires a self-starter with proven analytical skills and a team mentality. The position will develop, deliver, revise, and maintain the federal client’s configuration items (e.g., SOPs, Process Guide, Job Aids, and Templates), and other forms of communication (e.g., emails and Teams Meetings). You will support external projects by assisting with the development of the Work Breakdown Structure, Project Management Plan, and the day-to-day Agile/scrum processes and maintaining project specific risk registers. You will also support client workshop(s), leadership meeting(s), and training event tasks by serving as a meeting coordinator and facilitator and developing pre- (e.g., agendas, briefing materials) and post- (e.g., meeting minutes, actions items) meeting artifacts.
This role is being advertised in anticipation of upcoming projects and does not represent a current opening. Qualified candidates will be considered across future hiring needs, and we will be in touch as details are finalized. We appreciate your understanding and interest in JPI!
