Join a Locally Owned Company Full-Time Mondayâ Friday, 8 AM â 5 PM

Starting Pay: $18â $20/hr+ (Based on Experience)

Weâ re looking for a dependable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our locally owned team in Lexington, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values independence, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What Youâ ll Do:

Provide routine pest control services for residential and commercial clients

Inspect and treat attics, crawl spaces, and other potential pest entry points

Maintain accurate service records and communicate treatment plans to clients

Uphold safety and cleanliness standards during each job

Deliver friendly, professional service while building trust with customersWhat Weâ re Looking For:

Ability to work independently and manage your daily route

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Willingness to enter tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)

Must be reliable and detail-oriented

Previous independent work experience.Training Provided:

Start with hands-on ride-along training with an experienced technician. Once you're ready, you'll take on your own independent service route.
