Leasing Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our growing team!

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents to the community, coordinating tours, and responding to incoming inquiries about leasing. The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases. The Leasing Consultant will serve as a liaison between the Community residents, Community management, as well as community maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields

Familiarity with the TAA lease

Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.

Strong negotiation skills
