Warehouse Coordinator 2018
Overview The main duty of this position will include managing various functions of warehouse operation, including shipping and
loading flooring products. Position is physically demanding and requires multiple skills and extensive knowledge of warehouse
functions and software operation.
General Warehouse
Overlook all functions in warehouse
Clean and organize warehouse
General interior & exterior building maintenance
Schedule forklift maintenance & care
Schedule dumpster haul away & return as needed at warehouse
Receiving
Coordinate daily schedule with vendors and freight companies for truck runs and deliveries
Coordinate with local vendors for delivery dates and times
Monitor emails for incoming shipments that are unknown to PMs
Ensure correct product is delivered against PO and inspect materials for damage
Unload delivery trucks when merchandise is delivered from the mills
Tag and store incoming materials – CG, Job Name, Quantity
Input all orders received into RFMS daily
Loading
Stage materials for installers
Ensure installer is loaded out in a timely manner
Ensure that all merchandise loaded on trucks is the correct product for each job
Load customers as needed
Coordinate RA’s with AP Coordinator to ensure a timely return with the proper paperwork
Inventory
Monitor level of sundries (stock inventory)
Order & submit warehouse stock supplies PO
Work with vendors on stock inventory pricing and cost of freight
Perform accurate inventory counts monthly
Report monthly inventory counts to Controller
Job Costing
Enter stock inventory items loaded for jobs into RFMS for job costing daily
Document additional materials used and returned by installers, confirm with PM, and enter into RFMS if applicable
Project Manager Support
Cut carpet rolls to be made for base
Order materials for out of town jobs and schedule delivery or pick up as requested
Price and coordinate delivery trucks to pick up material from our warehouse to be delivered to jobsites
Work with PMs to insure job success

• Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

• Problem Solving – Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
• Technical Aptitude – Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information
• Working under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned task under stressful situations
• Must be able to operate a forklift – forks & carpet pole
• Must be well organized
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to be available for installers to get materials for night jobs or weekend work
