Position: HRBP II (Human Resources Business Partner – Mid to Senior Level)
We’re looking for a strategic HR partner who brings deep recruitment expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to align people operations with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
• Lead advanced sourcing efforts for high-impact, niche, or leadership-level positions.
• Use search strategies across platforms and tools to attract and engage top-tier talent.
• Partner with department heads to shape role requirements and tailor sourcing methods accordingly.
• Oversee scheduling, interview coordination, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Coach hiring teams on interview techniques, evaluation frameworks, and compliance practices.
Workforce Strategy & HR Project Leadership
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession efforts by mapping internal and external pipelines.
• Lead HR projects focused on improving workflows, systems integration, or process design.
• Function as a key partner to leadership by aligning HR strategies with department and org-wide priorities.
• Utilize conflict resolution, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills to support a healthy work environment.
• Drive scalable organizational development initiatives to support long-term growth and engagement.
• Take ownership of cross-functional efforts with a focus on continuous improvement and implementation.
Systems, Reporting & Data-Driven Decision-Making
• Maintain accuracy across applicant tracking and HRIS platforms.
• Deliver recruitment and workforce analytics to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor and act on trends in time-to-fill, engagement, and sourcing performance.
• Comfortable using modern platforms, AI tools, and other digital resources.
• Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years in progressive HR roles, with emphasis on recruiting, project work, and strategic HR involvement.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading hiring strategies and cross-departmental HR projects.
• Advanced understanding of workforce planning, pipeline metrics, and people data.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
