Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lighting distributors and industry partners
Actively prospect and follow up with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Present and promote lighting products and solutions tailored to client needs
Meet or exceed sales targets and drive market growth within the assigned territory
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
Requirements:
Proven experience in lighting sales, specifically selling to distributors
Strong knowledge of lighting products and industry standards
Confident communicator with a go-getter attitude
Ability to manage your own pipeline and sales process from lead to close
Comfortable with phone outreach, in-person client meetings, and territory travel
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
Commission based position.
