HVAC Installation Technician

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an HVAC installation technician to work for a local owned and operated HVAC company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Install HVAC equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other cooling and heating systems

- Diagnose issues with existing HVAC systems and perform repairs

- Read blueprints and architectural plans to assess job requirements

- Ensure installations meet building codes and manufacturer specifications

- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of HVAC systems such as gas, oil, electric, heat pump, etc.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

- Strong technical troubleshooting skills

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow specifications

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- EPA Universal Cert

-Valid California Drivers license with a good driving record
