Position Overview
Medline's Enterprise Low Code Team (CoE) is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End UI Developer to design and implement sophisticated web interfaces using Microsoft's Power Platform, with a focus on Power Pages. The ideal candidate will bring strong front-end development expertise to create intuitive, high-performance digital experiences that solve complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces using Power Pages.
Create and implement custom UI components using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
Develop and integrate React/Angular components to enhance Power Pages functionality.
Implement complex client-side business logic and form validation.
Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end systems.
Ensure web security best practices are implemented across all solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective front-end solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of front-end UI development experience.
Advanced expertise in JavaScript & jQuery.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, & iframes.
Experience with React and/or Angular frameworks.
Knowledge & experience in C#.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Pages.
Experience with RESTful API integration and custom connector development.
Knowledge of web security best practices (authentication, authorization, CSRF protection).
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).
Experience in debugging UI and JavaScript across various devices and browsers, with expertise in using debugging techniques.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise across all aspects of the Power Platform, possess strong problem-solving capabilities, and exhibit excellent communication skills. They will combine hands-on development proficiency with the ability to architect scalable solutions, while bringing a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into efficient digital solutions.

The anticipated salary range for this position:$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
