You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of departments, from intake to onboarding, and help shape the future of our growing organization.
Contract: 4-month, potential for hire
What You'll Do:
Partner with hiring teams to develop recruiting strategies and source top talent.
Own the full recruitment life cycle from job posting and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and creative outreach.
Screen candidates using behavioral interview techniques and assess alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and metrics in the applicant tracking system.
Contribute to recruitment process improvements and pipeline-building initiatives for future hiring needs.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience recruiting across a variety of roles and levels; high-volume experience is a plus.
Comfort working with ATS platforms and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with global recruitment or executive-level searches? Even better.
