Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination

Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations

Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting

Lead and mentor on-site staff to maintain efficient operations and excellent customer service

Conduct regular property inspections to uphold cleanliness and safety standards

Respond promptly to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally

Maintain accurate records and documentationRequirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in multifamily residential properties

Strong knowledge of property management software (experience with Yardi is a plus)

Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Familiarity with HUD and Tax Credit program compliance is preferred

Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
