Job Requirements:

Providing HR information and guidance

Onboarding new employees

Unemployment claim management

Maintain personnel records

Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations

Maintain Ethos compliance

Facility and Operations compliance

Assist and educate management staff on any and all compliance issues

Qualifications:

Automotive Experience preferred

Two years HR Generalist experience

Strong level of integrity and confidentiality

Ability to multi task

High level of competency in computer skills, word, excel PP

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
