We're currently seeking a Physician Assistant - Family Medicine to join our amazing team.

Details of the Physician Assistant opening:

Anticipated start date: ASAP

Salary Range: $136,240 annually

Anticipated duration of assignment: As needed

Anticipated schedule: FT / 40 hours per week

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant:

Provide direct patient care services

Record physical and mental status

Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests

Implement and manage plans of care, as well as prescribe and dispense medications and more

Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel

Qualifications for the Physician Assistant:

Current and unrestricted license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia

Must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care and comfortable working autonomously

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by a provider recognized by the American Heart Association

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public as well as share the values of Weeks Medical Center
