We’re seeking an experienced RN Coordinator – Fertility to join our team in Jacksonville. This is a unique temp-to-perm opportunity in an outpatient setting—no nights, weekends, or holidays—where you’ll be part of a team that’s transforming lives through fertility care.

What You’ll Do:

Educate patients on fertility treatments including OI, IVF, IUI, FET, and medication protocols

Coordinate treatment cycles per physician instructions

Administer medications and perform clinical procedures (phlebotomy, vitals, assessments)

Deliver pre- and post-operative instructions to patients

Interpret lab results and clarify physician orders

Support physicians during exams and procedures

Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment

What We’re Looking For:

Active Florida RN license

Fertility care experience is required

Minimum 6 months of PACU or OR experience

EMR proficiency and clinical documentation skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Willingness to travel for a 2-week paid training (travel and accommodations provided)
