Join a leading precision die maker in Long Island! We're seeking experienced Tool & Die Makers to help launch new customer products as part of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch and maintain transfer, progressive, multi-slide, and deep drawing dies

Work closely with the Stamping Management Team on high-volume operations

Use GD&T and CAD for tool design, repair, and improvement

Troubleshoot and resolve machining-related issues with cross-functional teams

Perform die repairs and maintenance, ensuring parts meet production standards

Support new product launches and optimize tooling processes

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Tool & Die, Progressive Dies, and High-Volume Stamping

Strong knowledge of die and equipment buy-off, die maintenance, and corrective actions

Experience with lean manufacturing and tool qualification

Ability to read blueprints and CAD, and work with various steels and aluminum

High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications and experience
