NOW HIRING- SR WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Senior-level manager for our Shelby distribution warehouse. Primary tasks include scheduling the incoming containers, receiving the materials, supervising the packing and crating of products and shipping out daily, supervising the loading of trucks, and keeping an accurate inventory. The right candidate would have some experience with woodworking machinery such as panel saws, and molders to aid in supervising and troubleshooting.

Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: 60k-70K per yr

JOB DUTIES:

* Scheduling the incoming containers,

* Receiving the materials

* Supervising the packing and crating of products and shipping out daily

* Supervising the packing and crating of products and shipping out daily

* Supervising the loading of trucks

* Keeping an accurate inventory

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to multi-task

- Handyman and troubleshooting skills with equipment

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook (or similar email software)

- Must be comfortable on your feet much of the day in a fast-paced environment- this is not solely a desk job

-Supervise crew performing packing and crating tasks

-8 years of previous experience in a similar position

-Experience operating a forklift and moving long and heavy pallets

-Prefer some college education or equivalent experience.

-Able to pass drug test and background check
