Curbside Pickup Associate

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in staffing, is representing a very successful electronics retail store located in Midtown West is seeking Curbside Pickup Associates to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary position.

This position includes the possibility or promotion/transfer to other departments such as Customer Service/Assistance, Returns department, and other areas within the store.

This position is required to be outside majority of the shift assisting drive and walk up customers who are picking up online orders. Curbside Pickup Associates would be stationed outside the store with their station where they will scan the order and have it brought out directly to customer.

All candidates must be comfortable working outside in various weather and ok standing for long periods of time.

The schedule is 5 days a week between Sunday-Friday. No Saturdays. Hours are typically 10 am-7 pm. Fridays 9 am-2 pm and Sundays 10 am-5 pm are required.

Pay: $17/hr

Responsibilities for the Curbside Pickup Associate:

Assisting customers who are picking up mobile/online orders.

Assist customers in person with any questions/inquiries they ma have

Using a POS system

Data entry

At least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment

Experience with POS is a plus, not a must

Excellent customer interaction skills. Must be kind, courteous, and energetic.

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume, fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
