What We Offer: ● Flexible part-time caregiver positions (20-30 hours/week) ● Weekday availability with optional evenings and weekends ● Work in assisted living communities and private home settings ● Free TARC bus passes for transportation to shifts ● Employee support programs and educational assistance ● Positive, inclusive work culture that values your time and talent Caregiver Duties Include: ● Provide companionship and personal care to clients ● Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing ● Prepare meals and support with light housekeeping ● Help with shopping, errands ● Monitor and report changes in client condition ● Use mobile apps to document care and track schedules Ideal Candidate Will Have: ● Prior experience as a caregiver,personal care assistant, home health aide, or certified nursing assistant (preferred, not required) ● A heart for in-home care and working with the elderly ● Dependability, reliability, empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills ● The ability to work independently and follow care plans ● Comfort using basic caregiver scheduling apps and technology ● Availability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends or evenings #FL1
