The Reliability Engineer will play a key role in driving reliability enhancements to optimize plant performance and minimize unplanned downtime. This position emphasizes mechanical integrity, the development and execution of predictive and preventive maintenance programs, and conducting root cause failure analyses (RCFA). The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, operational excellence, and ongoing process improvement.
Design and execute reliability programs and asset management strategies aimed at maximizing equipment availability, ensuring safe and reliable operations, and reducing maintenance costs. This includes developing and refining preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and incorporating compliance requirements into reliability plans.
Perform Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) and recommend effective corrective and preventive measures.
Apply predictive maintenance technologiesâ such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, and oil analysisâ to enhance equipment performance and manage maintenance expenses.
Develop detailed repair scopes for site equipment and support capital projects and the Mechanical Integrity (MI) Coordinator by providing reliability-centered recommendations on equipment design and selection.
Partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to drive asset performance improvements and ensure alignment with reliability goals.

Bachelorâ s degree in an Engineering Discipline
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or chemical process environment
Outstanding knowledge of safety policies, programs, and procedures
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive reliability initiatives.
Ability to obtain a TWIC identification badge
