What you’ll need to succeed as an Analyst, Customer Solutions at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of experience in a customer success or related role, with a proven track record of quality analytics and customer relations
Preferred qualifications:
LTL industry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations
Able to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Conduct daily data searches across multiple systems to match shipment tender data with customer records
Generate and report findings to customers, delegating follow-up actions to the support team
Efficiently manage multi-step processes using Excel and other data management tools
Collaborate closely with management to recommend workflow changes and develop standard operating products (SOPs) for team use
Engage cross functional teams to improve the account(s) performance. Examples: Billing, Account setup, EDI, Operations
Collaborate closely with the support team and support leaders to ensure seamless operations
Develop customer relationship and be recognized as a valuable XPO resource
Demonstrate a Can-Do Attitude, Strong work ethic, Teamwork, and Respect for others while working
