Agile Project Manager

The Agile Project Manager drives the AAA Dashboard’s modernization using Scrum/SAFe frameworks, ensuring rapid delivery of user-centric features.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for a 10-member Agile team.

Prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with DLA stakeholders to align with mission-critical needs.

Manage sprint deliverables, resolve impediments, and ensure 100% completion of user stories per DLA timelines.

Implement DevSecOps pipelines for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) using Jenkins and GitHub.

Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and DLA’s cybersecurity protocols.

Conduct user training sessions and maintain documentation for dashboard enhancements.

Track team velocity and report progress to the Task Order Project Manager and COR.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP required; SAFe certification preferred.

5+ years of Agile experience, including 2+ years supporting DoD IT systems.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.

Active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive (Tier 3) clearance.

U.S. citizenship required.
