We're looking for a graphic designer to join our DC team. Someone who works fast, sweats the details, and makes the kind of creative that gets noticed.

Who you are:

You have 3-5 years of design experience (with a portfolio of work you're proud of)

You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with priorities that change daily

You design logos, websites, and digital graphics that clients love. You know trends and can flex on a range of styles. You're comfortable working in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

You bring fresh ideas. You're curious and proactive, and work fast without losing the details that set your work apart from others.

You're able to adapt, switch gears, and solve problems on the fly

Huge bonus points if you've worked in politics, advocacy or other fast-paced creative environments
