Pay: $24 to $32/hour
Hours Available:
Night Shift: 6pm-6am plus an additional $1.25/hour shift differential for the night shift
Base schedule 3 days on, 3 days off
Main Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot W+D envelope production and inserting systems, ensuring smooth workflow and maximum productivity.
Manage converting and inserting processes to produce personalized, 1:1 matched envelope letter packages with minimal touchpoints and waste.
Ensure the precise application of personalized content on both the front and backside of envelopes.
Manage the flexographic press integrated with the W+D system to apply high-quality print and finishes as part of the production process.
Perform regular checks to ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications.
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines, optimize workflows, and improve processes.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating W+D or similar finishing and inserting systems preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex machinery.
Ability to ensure precision and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
Capable of diagnosing and resolving mechanical and workflow issues effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
