We are currently looking for an entry level Executive Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. Primarily, this person will support the COO and CFO, with additional duties to support the CEO as assigned. If you are a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and follow through skills and attention to detail, this role could be for you.

Come join the cutting-edge Personal Injury firm where you will play a vital role in anticipating and fulfilling administrative needs for the executive team. This position requires work at regular hours, onsite in our Fishers office five days a week, and there may be minimal travel for administration of offsite events. Some of the key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Maintain and refine internal processes and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.

Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.

Manage professional and personal scheduling for COO and CFO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.

Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the team by attending meetings and keeping the team accountable.

Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.

Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.

Organize team communications and plan events, as needed, both internal and off-site.

Manage Facilities by making maintenance requests, communicating with vendors, overseeing space planning and other needs.Requirements:
