OVERVIEW
Diversified administrative and clerical duties are performed to give support to the Maintenance department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create purchase orders in Great Plains - orders and maintains supplies; arranges for equipment maintenance.
· Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
· Run and review weekly reports and work orders – Somax, ADP, Budgetary reports, etc.
· Submit the Maintenance department KPI’s.
· Lend support to Managers and Supervisors.
· Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
· Create documents and communications for staff upon request.
· Create relationships and communicate with vendors.
· Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
· All other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Experience
· Six months experience in administrative role, utilizing communication skills preferred
· One year manufacturing experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge
· Proficient using PC, via keyboard/mouse, and various software applications – Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
· Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity and privacy of confidential information.
· Ability to work well under pressure and quickly assess and respond appropriately to questions.
· Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
· Good organizational skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to comprehend and comply with GMP rules and Food Safety guidelines. Ability to work as contributing member within the team.
