Billing Coordinator, Media

Job Description

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Billing Coordinator (Media Cost

Administrator) to join our accounting team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy,

efficiency, and timeliness of monthly billing cycles, particularly in the dynamic realm of digital

advertising. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in NetSuite.

Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile digital media vendor invoices using NetSuite and internal

purchasing/planning systems.

Accurately file and track high volumes of media invoices (both hard copy and

electronic).

Support EDI invoicing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Ensure alignment between vendor invoices and media plan execution across Search,

Social, and Paid Search platforms.

Maintain and update contact and billing trackers.

Liaise with vendors to obtain missing invoices and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in scanning, archiving, and organizing month-end billing documentation.

Keep internal billing records current and audit-ready.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc billing projects and

initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a media or

agency environment. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and terminology is

a huge plus.

Expertise in NetSuite, with hands-on experience managing billing functions within

the platform.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and

reconciliation.
