Senior Implementation Consultant - ADP WFM

Job Description

Spencer Thomas Group is seeking a seasoned Implementation Consultant to join our network of HR technology and HCM experts. In this consulting role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping workforce harmony for businesses of all sizes(mostly large ones!) by implementing, configuring, testing, and optimizing their ADP WFM systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex ADP WFM implementations from A to Z, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, assess current workflows, and design optimal WFM solutions.

Configure and customize ADP WFM to meet specific business requirements, maximizing its functionality and ROI.

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation and post-launch phases.

Identify and resolve technical challenges with finesse, ensuring minimal disruption and swift troubleshooting.

Stay abreast of the latest ADP WFM updates and industry trends, continuously honing your expertise.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience implementing and supporting ADP Workforce Management.

Deep understanding of WFM concepts, principles, and best practices.

Proven track record of successful WFM implementations, exceeding client expectations.

Exceptional project management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and self-motivate.

Passion for optimizing workflows and driving process improvement.
