CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description

We’re hiring a CNC Mill Operator to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll operate and maintain milling machines to shape and cut materials with precision. You'll set up equipment, monitor the production process, make necessary adjustments, and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.

Schedule & Pay:

Training: 1st Shift Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Regular Shift: 2nd Shift Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay Rate: Starting at $19/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Set up milling machines per job specs

Monitor operations and make adjustments for accuracy

Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards

Load/unload materials into equipment

Follow safety and environmental guidelines

Record production data and material usage

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

1–3 years of manufacturing or operations experience

Forging and aerospace industry experience is a plus

Able to read instructions and follow standard procedures

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
