Alarm Installation Technician (Residential)

Job Description

We are seeking Lead Technicians to join our growing Residential Team!

Responsibilities:

Install, program, and test security and camera systems

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with systems

Manage jobs on-site including overseeing helpers and organizing workflow

Communicate with customers on the operation of systems, set up of apps, and other system-related topics

Qualifications:

Experience in security and camera installation (fire and access control installation experience a plus)

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail

Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug testsCompany Description
