Job Description

Job Title: General Laborer ($18/HR+)

*1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm - Monday to Friday.

Important - Must know how to read a tape measure.

Job Description:

Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will be responsible for assembling custom window frames from start to finish. You will utilize a tape measure and other measurement tools to ensure precision, perform quality checks on completed windows, and operate a variety of hand and power tools. Additionally, you will handle materials and assist with other general labor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assemble custom window frames from start to finish.

Utilize tape measure and measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications.

Perform quality checks on all completed windows.

Operate table saws, sanders, air nailers, and other hand and power tools.

Move windows over 50lbs using carts and material handling equipment.

Conduct final quality checks on windows before shipment.

Assist with various general labor tasks as required.

Essential Skills:

At least one year of production/manufacturing experience.

Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Experience with hand tools and power tools.

Familiarity with assembly processes and blueprints.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

Attention to detail and a quality mindset.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
