What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in fast casual or quick service dining

A true passion for creating outstanding guest experiences

Strong operational knowledge and ability to manage day-to-day restaurant functions

Solid grasp of restaurant financials and performance metrics
