Job Summary:

Join our Generative AI Innovation center as a Senior Software Development Engineer, where you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-native software applications focused on enhancing contact center solutions. You'll play a key role in the whole project lifecycle, from gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions to leading complex projects. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with the latest technologies in AI and cloud services, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in contact center software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement full-stack, cloud-native software applications, focusing on contact center solutions.

Lead technical projects, ensuring best practice engineering standards are met.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Develop and integrate robust, scalable solutions using AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.

Produce comprehensive and usable software documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/React development.

Extensive experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation.

Expertise in developing and integrating with REST-based or GraphQL-based APIs.

Experience with generative AI and AI-based coding assistants is highly desirable.
