As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll keep the phones humming, the lobby welcoming, and new clients excited to work with us—all while supporting a team of attorneys, paralegals, and finance pros who appreciate a can do colleague.
What You’ll Do
Master the phones. Answer a multi line system, screen calls, and route them to the right teammate—fast.
Take crystal clear messages. Capture names, matters, urgency, and next steps in our CRM or email so nothing slips through the cracks.
Spark client interest. Conduct brief intake calls, highlight how we stand out, and schedule consultations & explain contracts.
Welcome every visitor. Greet guests, vendors, and couriers; escort clients to conference rooms; keep reception spotless.
Keep the office humming. Sort mail, log checks, order supplies, scan and file documents, and jump in on overflow admin tasks.
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years in reception, front desk, or high volume customer service roles (law firm or regulated industry experience is a plus).
Confident communicator who can multitask between phones, doors, and email without breaking a sweat.
Positive, growth oriented mindset—eager to learn our services and “sell” company value on every intake call.
Self motivated, proactive, and a true team player.
