Production Labor - Rotating hour day shift

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.

Responsibilities

Production Labor - $22.72 starting pay - Day shift 6:45am to 7pm on a rotating schedule

What you’ll start out doing?

Learn our safety and quality procedures.

Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.

What to expect:

This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.

You start training on the day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F, then transition to the rotating day shift 12.25 hour per shift

Dependability, hard working, respectful

Ability/Experience operating mobile equipment

Ability to work independently with little supervision

Comply with all safety standards and regulations

Strong written and oral communication skills
