ERP Business Analyst (Epicor)

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and ensuring the smooth operation of critical business systems? We are seeking a skilled Epicor ERP Data Analyst & System Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will play a central part in managing and analyzing data within our Epicor ERP system, supporting system administration, and empowering senior management with the information they need to make data-driven decisions.

What you will do:

Analyze Epicor ERP Data:

You will conduct in-depth data analysis using Epicor ERP, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

Develop Reports & Dashboards:

You will create, maintain, and optimize both scheduled and ad-hoc reports for various departments and senior management. You’ll also design dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate key insights.

Write & Optimize SQL Queries:

You will develop and refine complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets from the Epicor ERP system.

Administer the Epicor ERP System:

You will manage user access, security roles, and permissions, perform routine system maintenance (backups, updates, patches), and monitor system performance, troubleshooting and recommending improvements as needed.

Collaborate for Business Process Improvement:

You will work closely with department heads to identify KPIs, analyze business processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Automate & Streamline Reporting:

You will utilize Epicor’s built-in reporting tools and external BI platforms to automate and streamline the delivery of accurate, consistent data reports.

Train & Support End Users:

You will provide training and support to end users on data analysis, reporting capabilities, and system best practices.
