Strategic Project Manager - Infra IT Operations & Hardware Design

Location : Newark CA (Onsite 5 days a week)

Overview

We're hiring a Project Manager to join our client's internal IT and Enterprise Applications group. You'll support their IT Design team in delivering key infrastructure and systems integration projects across the organization. This is a hands-on role involving coordination across a portfolio of internal initiatives with IT Operations, Enterprise Applications, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of internal IT projects including hardware/software rollouts, endpoint provisioning, and onboarding automation

Coordinate across Design Support, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications teams to drive project milestones and remove blockers

Manage project timelines and dependencies using tools like Jira and Clarity PPM

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence

Handle tracking, reporting, risk management, and sprint planning documentation

Ensure clear communication across leadership and participating teams Required Skills

5+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting IT infrastructure, systems deployment, or enterprise applications

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with technical and vendor teams

Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Clarity PPM

Familiarity with endpoint management, VDI solutions, MFA setup (e.g., DUO), and Azure AD is preferred

Excellent communication and organization skills
