Job Title: Manager, Leadership & Learning

Reports to: Sr. AVP, Leadership & Learning

We are seeking a creative and strategic Manager of Leadership & Learning to help build and deliver a growing portfolio of leadership development and talent management initiatives for Revantage and our companies. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful programs that drive continuous learning and leadership growth, while partnering with the business to meet unique learning and talent needs across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, including program design, facilitation, coaching, excellent consultative skills, and experience leveraging technology in learning and talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership programs that align with organizational goals and enhance leadership capabilities at all levels.

Program Design: Leverage instructional design principles to design and deliver custom learning programs or events in response to business needs. Programs may follow build, borrow, or buy strategies, designed as real-time, on-demand, or blended solutions.

Facilitation and Coaching: Facilitate programs and meetings with skill. Coach internal leaders 1:1 or within groups, facilitate assessment debriefs.

Program Evaluation: Leverage program data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Consultation: Develop trusted advisor relationships with portfolio company HR teams around learning and talent needs. Partner on holistic strategy development and cultivate full-cycle consultative efforts, including project initiation, contracting, delivery, and evaluation.

Team Management: Provide day-to-day management and career development support for one or more junior team members.

Technology Integration: Develop expertise around core technology (Workday) in service to enhanced learning experiences and forward-thinking talent management processes.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for leadership and learning programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development and talent management to enhance team capabilities and ensure our programs remain competitive and effective.

Skills and Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in talent development, leadership training, or related fields.

Ability to make complex concepts simple for others through visual representation or clear language.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Proven experience in developing and implementing leadership and learning programs.

Experience leading people or teams.

Experience with basic project management (any tools).

Expertise with Microsoft Office suite, especially PPT.

Excellent partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

Comfort with technology and experience integrating digital tools into learning solutions.

Desirable:

A coaching certification (e.g., ICF) is highly desirable.

Assessment certifications (Hogan, Kaiser LVI) nice to have.

Change management expertise is a plus.

Base Compensation Range:

$115,000.00 To $160,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
