Summer Intern, IT Operations

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Operations Intern to support troubleshooting tasks and assist with IT projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic team environment. Ideal candidates are current students in a related field with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Basic knowledge of computer systems and networks is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and assisting users.

Support IT operations such as system setup, configuration, and maintenance (e.g., Windows 11 migration, AV systems).

Assist in documenting IT procedures and updating the operations manual.

Contribute to IT inventory management and knowledge base development.

Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and daily tasks.

Requirements

Undergraduates in Information Technology, or related discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.

Basic understanding of IT systems and networks (preferred but not required).
