Job Description
Responsibility:
Providing regulatory oversight (review regulatory circulars issued in Hong Kong and Bermuda, assist with regulatory reporting; drafting internal compliance policies and messages, etc.).
Assisting the implementation of compliance policies (record management, inventory updates and create and/or participate in compliance testing).
Conducting research.
Supporting Ad hoc projects and other regulatory initiatives
Requirements:
Undergraduates in Law, Accounting or related discipline;
With a keen interest in compliance and regulatory-related duties.
Strong motivation, team player with good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Analytical, problem solving and research skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
