The general duties of a Learning and Development Manager include coordinating the development, delivery, and management of training programs through both internal employee and external client-facing Learning Management Systems (LMS). Working within the Human Resources team, this role supports content creation, provides LMS administration, and ensures a smooth, impactful learning journey for all users. You'll also play a key role in improving our systems and scaling revenue-generating training programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Manage and maintain our internal and external LMS platforms
• Partner with content developers to keep training fresh, fun, and effective
• Team up with recruiting to create awesome onboarding experiences
• Track engagement, analyze learning data, and share smart insights
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and make the tech work for our people
• Review content regularly to stay aligned with business and compliance goals
• Work with vendors and keep our learning tools running smoothly
• Train managers on LMS usage and how to build learning into their teams
• Stay ahead of learning trends and help us be the best at what we do
Requirements:
• High School diploma required, college coursework preferred
• 3+ years in L&D, training, or talent management
• LMS hands-on experience (internal + external platforms)
• Experience supporting both employee and client-facing learning
