Description
**Note: This is an on-site position, no remote work option is available.**
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data and product information. Additionally, assist with maintaining internal reference data to support cross-functional accuracy and alignment across departments and customer deliverables. Strong data entry and Excel spreadsheet skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain accurate data
Assist in creating pricing and setup information for customers
Maintain attributes in files
Clear exceptions in data based on 3rd party updates
Support in updating information and adding new data to existing databases
Research and manage competitor interchange information
Manage assignments and codes
Enter new items, pricing, and other information into 3rd party systems
Resolve issues from the field or other departments
Prepare reports and monthly updates as assigned
Assist in developing efficient SOPs and reports for the department
All other duties as assigned Requirements
High School diploma with 5+ years of data entry and Excel experience
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access/SQL
Strong data entry and attention to detail skills required
Familiarity with marketing and online sales channels preferred
Strong oral and written communication and data analysis skills required
Customer service-focused with strong analytical abilities required Physical Requirements:
Ability to navigate office environment
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
Ability to work in a quiet office setting and use computer systems for extended periods **No relocation assistance available for this position.**
Language Skills:
Proficiency in reading and writing in English is required.
Ability to effectively communicate, articulate, and present information clearly and professionally, and respond to questions from management in a concise and professional manner. Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily office-based. The physical demands listed below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Mobility: Ability to move about a professional office setting and traversing between office spaces.
Standing and Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for short durations.
Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally may need to lift or carry items such as laptop computers, training materials, or small office supplies up to 15 pounds.
Posture and Motion: Frequent sitting for extended periods at a computer workstation; occasional reaching, bending, and stooping when accessing file drawers or office supplies.
Vision and Hearing: Adequate visual and auditory acuity for computer use, report review, and verbal communication a quiet office setting.
Work Environment: Office work is conducted in a climate-controlled environment.
