Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmedical services to the Florida Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full timeNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at OkaloosaCorrectional Institutionlocated in Crestview, Florida. This facility is located 30 miles north of Destin, Florida.

The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Qualifications

Active unrestricted Florida ARNP/PA License

Active BLS/CPR certification

DEA or able to obtain

Ability to pass a criminal background screening
